The minimum wage has been revised in Ecuador in 2026. The Unified Basic Salary for workers in general, including small industry workers, agricultural workers, maquila workers, paid domestic workers, craft operators and microenterprise collaborators, has been increased from US$ 470.00 to US$ 482.00, effective 1 January 2026.
