Definitions
Slovenia has a government-mandated minimum wage. No worker in Slovenia should be paid less then this minimum pay rate.
Employers in Slovenia who do not pay the Minimum Wage may be subject to punishment by the government of Slovenia.

Article 2 of the Minimum Wage Act, the minimum wage is set for full-time work (8 hours per day). A worker working part time is entitled to a proportionate share of the minimum wage.
