Working hours
- Minimum wages are based / calculated for 40 hours a week.
It should be noted that the hours worked by the employees of the branches, according to the relevant Law, should not exceed 38 hours a week and 8 hours per day, while for office workers the working hours should not exceed 44 hours (including overtime) or 8 hours per day (regular working hours are usually 38 to 40 hours based on usual practice and agreement with each employer).
The normal working hours of workers in these branches must not exceed 38 hours weekly and 8 hours daily, according to the relevant Law, whilst for clerks the working hours should not exceed 44 hours in total per week (including any overtime) or 8 hours daily (normal working hours are usually 38 to 40 hours based on normal practice and agreement with each employer).
