Working hours
- Monthly wage of an employee who has worked as per monthly norm of working time and perfomed his/her functions cannot be less than the minimum wage set up by the state. According to the art. 89 of the Labour Code of Azerbaijan the daily time norm cannot be longer 8 hours and the weekly time norm - 40 hours.
