GOAL OF THE PROJECT

The aim of the project is to raise awareness of workers and trade unions regarding the use of AI systems at the workplace and to support this goal with concrete examples of how AI at work is addressed through collective agreements. To achieve this, the consortium will carry out a literature/data study on AI at work (clauses on data protection, monitoring, algorithmic management and the introduction of new technologies) to develop a report with the newest available data.
