All Our Databases

Reliable labour market data worldwide

At WageIndicator, we build and maintain some of the world’s largest labour market databases covering wages, working conditions and labour rights across the globe. Behind every dataset is a person making a decision; about pay, hiring, compliance, policy or career direction. And informed decisions start with better information. If you are searching for Minimum Wage data, Living Wage estimates, Salary comparisons, Labour Law, Pension databases or Collective Bargaining Agreements, globally comparable, yet locally applicable and in your own language. They’re all interconnected and you’ll find them here.

We have Living Wage estimates for 184 countries. We also provide Living Tariffs estimates to support the discussion on a pay floor for self-employed, gig workers and others that don’t earn a ‘wage’, increasingly vital for organisations navigating sustainability and human rights due diligence requirements.
