Minimum Wage Increased in Minnesota, United States of America, from 01 January 2026 - January 01, 2026

Minimum wages have been revised in Minnesota, United States of America, with effect from 01 January 2026. The minimum wages have increased as follows:

  • For Large employers, from $11.13 to $11.41 per hour;
  • Small employers, from $11.13 to $11.41 per hour;
  • 90-day training wage (under 20 years of age), from $9.08 to $9.31 per hour;
  • Minneapolis - Employers with more than 100 employees, from $15.97 to $16.37 per hour;
  • Minneapolis - Employers with 100 or fewer employees, from $15.97 to $16.37 per hour;
  • Paul - Macro Businesses (10,001 + employees) & City of Saint Paul Employees, from $15.97 to $16.37 per hour; and
  • Paul - Large Businesses (101 - 10,000 employees), from $15.97 to $16.37 per hour.
