Minimum Wage Increased in Ireland from 01 January 2026 - January 01, 2026

Minimum wages have been revised in Ireland with effect from 01 January 2026. The minimum wage rates have been increased as follows:

  • For national minimum wage (Aged 20 and over), from €13.50 to €14.15 per hour;
  • For those aged under 18, from €9.45 to €9.91 per hour;
  • For those aged 18, from €10.80 to €11.32 per hour; and
  • For those aged 19, from €12.15 to €12.74 per hour.
