Minimum Wage Updated in Illinois, United States of America from 01 July 2024 - July 01, 2024

Minimum wages have been revised in Illinois, United States of America with effect from 01 July 2024. The minimum wages have increased as follows:

For Chicago - Employers 21 or more employees, from $15.80 to $16.20 per hour;
For Chicago - Small Employers 4 to 20 employees, from $15.80 to $16.20 per hour;
For Chicago - Youth Workers, from $13.50 to $15.00 per hour;
For Chicago - Tipped Workers Employers 21 or more employees, from $9.48 to $11.02 per hour;
For Chicago - Tipped Workers Small Employers 4 to 20 employees, from $9.48 to $11.02 per hour;
For Chicago - Tipped Workers Youth, from $8.10 to 10.20 per hour;
For Cook County - All except tipped workers, from $13.70 to $14.05 per hour; and
For Cook County - Tipped workers, from $8.00 to $8.40 per hour.
