The minimum wages have been revised in Aruba with effect from 01 January 2023. The minimum wages are increased as follows:
- For industry, construction and commerce, a workweek of 40 hours, from AWG10.59 to AWG11.05 per hour, AWG423.40 to AWG441.60 per hour per week, and AWG1,815.35 to AWG1,893.40 per month;
- For industry, construction and commerce, the workweek of 42 hours, from AWG10.08 to AWG10.51 per hour, AWG423.40 to AWG441.60 per hour week, and AWG1,815.35 to AWG1,893.40 per month;
- For industry, construction and commerce, the workweek of 44 hours, from AWG9.62 to AWG 10.04 per hour, AWG423.40 to AWG441.60 per hour week, and AWG1,815.35 to AWG1,893.40 per month;
- For industry, construction and commerce, the workweek of 45 hours, from AWG9.41 to AWG9.81 per hour, AWG423.40 to AWG441.60 per hour, AWG1,815.35 to AWG1,893.40 per;
- For live-in domestic worker performing labour in a private residence, from AWG846.92 to AWG883.35 per month; and
- For domestic worker labouring 22 hours or less per week, from AWG9.45 to AWG9.85 per hour.
