According to Article 136 of the Labour Code, effective working hours shall not exceed eight hours in the day, from six in the evening, and forty-eight hours a week.
These salaries contain an increase of 2.43% for all the categories of the Decree in relation to the minimum wages of the previous period except for the domestic service since it was granted a 2.93%
