Switzerland - Pilots’ union wants to end collective agreement - August 31, 2025

The Aeropers pilots’ union is expected to pull out of its collective agreement with Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS), as it pushes for better working conditions for its members. According to the union, “We’ll most likely end the agreement at the end of 2025.” In that case, the agreement would remain valid throughout 2026. The move is being driven by growing difficulty in balancing the pilots’ jobs with family life.
