Trade union Unionen and the Employers' Alliance have signed new collective agreements for the areas Non-profit and idea-based organizations and Experience and culture. This means that an additional 2,000 of Unionen’s members will receive fair conditions. The total salary cap for 1 May 2026 will be 2.8%.
