Employers’ association Svensk Handel has reached an agreement with Unionen and the Swedish Federation of Academics on new collective agreements for white-collar workers in retail. The agreements follow the mark with a total agreement value of 6.4% over 24 months. The newly signed agreements are valid from 1 May 2025 and cover approximately 90,000 employees, including in administration, sales, tech and logistics. The agreement value includes salary increases of a total of 5.7% as well as a reduction in working hours of 0.5% and a provision for part-time pension of 0.2%. The salary increases are distributed as follows: 3% on 1 May 2025 and 2.7% on 1 May 2026.
