Unions announced new collective agreements with Fremia, enhancing conditions for workers across health, care, and municipal services. Agreements were made by Kommunal, Akademikerförbundet SSR, Vision, and Vårdförbundet. Akademikerförbundet SSR, Vision, and Vårdförbundet negotiated together on a single agreement with Fremia for workers within health, care, and welfare. This agreement includes a 6.4% wage increase, improved pay for irregular working hours, and an additional day of leave from the first of January 2026. The range of benefits will take force over a period of 28 months before its complete implementation.
