Spain - Complaint over police union rights - September 30, 2025

Trade union JUPOL has filed a complaint under the European Social Charter, arguing that the country’s national police framework prevents unions from meaningful collective bargaining. The union claims restrictions on pay, working conditions and organisation, combined with the prohibition of strike action, violate international labour standards.
