Serbia - Unions protest on Labour Day - May 31, 2025

Trade unions organized rallies in Belgrade to mark International Labour Day, where they announced demands for changes to labour legislation. The union rallies were also attended by students who, together with union members, observed 16 minutes of silence to mark six months since the tragedy caused by the collapse of the railway station canopy in Novi Sad, in which 16 people died.
