The energy sector secured a new collective agreement: the representative trade unions and the energy company Srbije Energetika in Kragujevca agreed a new collective agreement set to come into force on 1 October 2025. The agreement was endorsed by all representative unions in the enterprise, reflecting improved negotiation capacity in a strategic industry. Meanwhile, in municipal services, Kragujevac signed a new collective agreement raising the hourly rate in local utility companies by about 27.5%, pushing wages to 310 dinars per hour. This dual momentum underscores growing union leverage across both public utility and infrastructure sectors.
