The Management Board of DOMO Engineering Plastics Poland announced a plan to suspend the operation of polymerization lines and to stop the Caprolactam regeneration plant in Gorzów Wielkopolski. Trade unions are concerned about the situation at the DOMO Plant. The fact that local and company-wide representation bodies (such as the European Works Council) were omitted from the mandatory information and consultation process showed the lack of good will of the DOMO Management Board and the lack of willingness to conduct a transparent dialogue.
