After effective negotiations on 21 October, HK Norway union and the Labour Movement Employers' Association (AAF) have reached an agreement on wage increases for HK members in the HK-AAF National Collective Agreement. The parties agree on the following: The wage steps up to and including 42 will be increased by NOK 20,000 (€1,702). The wage steps from 43 to and including 69 will be increased by 3.49%. The wage steps from and including 70 will be increased by NOK 32,800 (€2,791). The additions will be effective from 1 May 2025. The negotiations mainly concern employees in the trade union movement, Norwegian People's Aid and other organizations affiliated with AAF.
