Unions and employers reached an agreement for a new collective agreement for general practitioner care. Employees in primary care will receive a 9% pay rise in two years, access to a new generation scheme and improved compensation for night shifts, travel and internships, among other things. The new collective agreement applies to employees of general practices and general practitioner posts throughout the country. The agreement stipulates that wages will gradually increase by 3% in November 2025, July 2026 and May 2027 adding up to more than 9%. There will also be a generation scheme for the first time: older employees who meet the conditions can work fewer hours while retaining a large part of their income and full pension accrual.
