After four rounds of negotiations, the employers in the cardboard and flexible packaging industry have made a final proposal. This proposal is presented to the members of the union FNV without recommendation. The proposal has advantages and disadvantages. The wage demand of the union was not met, but the offer of 4.5% by the employers is the maximum that FNV could achieve in the negotiations.
