After months of consultation and discussion, the union FNV finally reached an agreement on a new pension scheme for flower auction company Royal FloraHolland, also known as the transition plan. This scheme is a result of reform of the pension system according to the Future Pensions Act. The employer submitted a new proposal that is acceptable for the union, although agreement was not reached on all points. The result will now be presented to the members of the union.
