Netherlands - Agreement for temp agencies rejected by most unions - April 30, 2025

On 10 April, employers' organizations for the temporary work agencies, ABU and NBBU concluded a new collective agreement with the ‘yellow’ union LBV. This collective agreement will take effect on 1 January 2026 and will run until 1 January 2029. The established unions FNV, CNV and De Unie have not signed this collective agreement because employment conditions are being worsened.
