Netherlands - Agreement for healthcare transport - September 30, 2025

The FNV and CNV trade unions and the KNV employers' organization have reached an agreement in principle on a new collective agreement for the healthcare transport and taxi sector. The agreement will be valid for two years: from 1 January 2026, to 31 December 2027. The agreement still needs to be submitted to the members for approval. Key points of the agreement: wages increase by 3.5% as of 1 January 2026, and another 3.5% as of 1 January 2027; surcharges: 1% reservation as of 1 July 2027; introduction of an allowance for commuting.
