Netherlands - Agreement for convenience food industry - October 31, 2025

Negotiations for a new collective agreement in the convenience food industry have been concluded. After a period of intensive consultation, the previous final offer has been adjusted on several points. The collective agreement runs from 1 April 2025, to 1 July 2026. A large majority of FNV union members have approved the new proposal from the employers' association AKSV. Wages will increase by 4.25% in two steps: 3.5% retroactively as of 1 April 2025 and a further 0.75% as of 1 January 2026. The early retirement scheme (RVU) will be extended until 31 December 2026.
