Food delivery workers will be joining a union and will also have a collective agreement to safeguard their rights. The Minister for Home Affairs, Security and Labour announced this development on social media. In recent months, the Government came down hard on platforms like Bolt and Wolt and on those who employ food couriers. The Minister added that the Government was clear that there was no place for abuse, and refused new applications even in the face of criticism.
