The unions LCGB and OGBL, along with the Syndicat des P&T, have reached an agreement with the management of POST Luxembourg regarding the renewal of the collective agreement. For the first time, this collective agreement was signed entirely electronically. Concluded for a period of three years until 31 December 2027, the new agreement will take effect retroactively from 1 January 2025. It includes the following main elements: a linear increase of 2% in the salary scale, retroactive to 1 January 2025; a salary increase of 0.5% effective from 1 January 2026; an adjustment to annual leave entitlements: each employee will now receive a minimum of 28 days of leave upon hiring, increasing to 30 days after 10 years of service.
