After lengthy negotiations that began in September 2023 and a conciliation phase before the National Conciliation Office (ONC) in September 2024, the employee delegations represented by the OGBL and the LCGB unions have reached an agreement with the management of Eurofoil SA, a company specializing in the production of aluminium foil for various industrial sectors. It employs approximately 230 people. The new collective agreement was signed on 26 May 2025. It is valid for a period of three years, from 1 January 2025, to 31 December 2027. This agreement includes a set of provisions aimed at improving working conditions and employee recognition, including an annual bonus of € 500, a redistribution of net profit: € 100 net for every € 700,000 of profit starting at a threshold of € 3.7 million, and an hourly increase of € 1.107 for training or multi-skilled employees, on a voluntary basis.
