On 4 April 2025, the unions LCGB and OGBL and management of technology company Siemens approved the renewal of the company's collective agreement for the 80 employees working in the country. The agreement was concluded for the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2027. Employees will be eligible for a minimum salary increase of 0.5% per year. The value of meal vouchers, set at € 12 on 1 January will increase to € 13 on 1 January 2026, and to € 13.75 on 1 January 2027.
