Lithuania - Wage growth is slowing down - May 31, 2025

Wage growth is slowing down - in the first quarter, compared to the same period last year, the average salary before taxes increased by 9% to € 2,313, and after taxes - by 8% to € 1,424. The growth of wages was affected by the 12% increase in the minimum monthly wage since the beginning of the year and the increased wage fund for public sector employees. A year ago, wages increased by 11%.
