Wage negotiations for the coming year in the commercial sectors will take place in the fall. In light of rising living costs and stagnating real wages in recent years, the LANV union is demanding wage increases averaging 2% for 2026. In most sectors, employees have suffered real wage losses in recent years despite the strong economic situation. According to the union, 2% adjustment is necessary to secure purchasing power and promote fair wage development.
