Italy - Tourism sector renews collective agreement - January 31, 2025

The employer organisations Aica and Federturismo Confindustria and the trade unions Filcams-Cgil, Fisascat-Cisl and Uiltucs reached a deal to renew the national collective agreement for the tourism industry, which covers the major hotel and catering companies, tourist resorts and tour operators. Applicable from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2027, the new text aims to promote gender parity and provides for an average pay rise of € 200.
