The Chemical Pharmaceutical and Energy and Oil collective agreements were renewed on 15 and 16 April, respectively. According to the union Cgil, this is very important for the economic and regulatory content and for the timing of the renewals. The new agreement will run for the three year period 2025-2027 and affects about 40,000 workers. It provides for a total salary increase of € 330, divided into several tranches from now until 2027.
