Iceland - Collective agreement premise holds - October 31, 2025

The joint Wage and Premises Committee under Icelandic Labour and the Confederation of Icelandic Enterprise confirmed that the conditions for the existing collective agreements framework remain fulfilled, signalling stability in negotiated wage growth despite tensions elsewhere in the labour market. The committee will next assess the premises in one year, in September 2026.
