Wages will increase in 3 stages by a total of 6.5% for all employees; for shift workers by as much as 9.1%. The agreement also includes a one-off payment of € 200 and an increase of the EVG additional allowance - depending on the activity, between € 455 and € 2,550 extra. There will also be a special bonus for EVG members - a total of 3 tax-free payments of € 156 each as a recreation allowance. The new collective agreement runs for 33 months and comes into force after the approval of the EVG committees.
