France Assureurs announces that it has reached a new agreement on teleworking with four trade unions representing the sector: CFDT, CFE-CGC, CFTC, and UNSA. This text, applicable in the national collective agreement for insurance companies, replaces the agreement of December 7, 2021, signed in the midst of the health crisis and now expired. The agreement establishes a secure legal framework, provides for a three-month adaptation period, increases the teleworking flat rate, and places the issue on the social agenda every three years.
