A new collective agreement for the glazing, construction glazing and glass processing branch has been approved for the period 10 March 2025 – 31 January 2029. With the new agreement, wages will be increased by a general increase of 2.5% in 2025, 2.9% in 2026 and 2.4% in 2027. For 2028, the parties will review the implementation of the objectives of the agreement and the economic and employment prospects in the sector by the end of October 2027. If the negotiations do not produce an outcome, the collective agreement can be terminated with a two-month notice period.
