EU Sources - Hybrid work most common form of work - January 31, 2025

Eurofound published the results of an e-survey on living and working in the EU. A factsheet outlines the most recent data on the main challenges faced by Europeans, with a particular emphasis on the rising cost of living, health and mental health, access to healthcare services, work–life balance, and changes in telework opportunities. In 2024, 44% of European citizens worked both at home and at the workplace (‘hybrid’), 41% worked only at the workplace, and 14% only from home.
