Estonia - Social partners discuss workplace bullying - February 28, 2025

A meeting of representatives of the Estonian Trade Union Confederation and the Estonian Employers' Confederation took place on 20 February, where important issues of the labour market and social dialogue were discussed, including the prevention of workplace bullying, the impact of tax policy on employees, and more flexible organization of working hours. The chairwoman of the Estonian Trade Union Confederation, emphasized at the meeting that solutions to challenges related to labour relations can only be found if the dialogue with employers takes place consistently. The Estonian Trade Union Confederation has prepared a guide to preventing workplace bullying and supporting victims, which was sent to employers for review before the meeting.
