Estonia - No agreement on minimum wage - October 31, 2025

On October 31, negotiations between the Estonian Trade Union Confederation EAKL and the Estonian Employers' Confederation continued on next year's minimum wage, but no agreement has yet been reached. Negotiations will continue on November 24. At the meeting it was discussed how companies and employees can cope with the long-suffering economic situation, as well as the prospects for economic and wage growth next year. The minimum wage is agreed upon every autumn by the Estonian Trade Union Confederation and the Estonian Employers' Confederation. This year, the minimum wage for full-time work is €886 per month.
