The Government has updated the income level for foreign workers in Denmark to align with the standard salary threshold of the country. The new income level requirement will be applicable from 1 January 2025. Work and residence permit applicants submitting their application after 31 December 2024, will have to abide by the new salary levels to be eligible. This move aims to ensure that foreign workers in the country earn enough and have an equal footing with the nationals of the country.
