Both employers and employees have now approved the mediation proposal for the renewal of the OK25 agreement, renewing more than 20 collective agreements in the private labour market for the next three years, until 29 February 2028. The agreement covers a wide range of sectors, including areas in private care and in citizen-directed personal assistance. In private care, workers such as social and health care assistants, home helpers and unskilled staff will receive monthly wage increases. The conciliator announced on 9 April that the mediation proposal for the renewal of the 2025 collective agreements has been adopted by both employers and employees. The employees' preliminary vote approved the mediation proposal with 82.5%. On the employer side, the mediation proposal was adopted in DA with 100%. Most new collective agreements enter into force on 1 March 2025, but in some areas a different date may have been agreed.
