Trade union HK Handel concluded its last OK25 negotiations with BA, the employers’ association of independent consumer associations and cooperatives. The three-year collective agreement covers all independent businesses. The collective agreement ensures, among other things, that the minimum wage will increase over the next three years. If the collective agreement is voted through, it will increase wages retroactively from 1 May 2025 by what corresponds to DKK 601/month (€ 81) for a full-time employee. It will increase again by DKK 561/month (€ 75) on 1 March 2026 and again by DKK 561/month (€ 75) on 1 March 2027. Supplements for working at odd hours will also increase. They will be raised by 3.5% each year for the next three years. The employer's pension contribution will also be increased by one percentage point retroactively from 1 May 2025.
