Croatia - Only one in five workers satisfied with pay - May 31, 2025

Only 21% of workers are satisfied with their current salary, while nearly 90% are considering changing jobs in the next six months, according to a new survey. The data comes from an international survey conducted in February and March by a leading employment platform in Central and Eastern Europe. Just 2% of workers are fully satisfied with their income, and 19% say they are mostly satisfied. On the other hand, 41% are dissatisfied — 16% extremely so, and 25% mostly dissatisfied. 89% of respondents said they are considering looking for a new, better-paid job within the next six months — 45% seriously, and 44% said it was a possibility. Only 11% ruled out a job change.
