Croatia - Net wage up 8.8% - June 30, 2025

The average monthly net salary reached € 1,439 per employee in legal entities this April, marking an 8.8% nominal increase and a 5.4% real increase compared to the same month last year, according to the latest report from the Croatian Bureau of Statistics (DZS). However, in a month-to-month comparison, April’s average salary was slightly down — 0.6% nominally and 1.2% in real terms — compared to March 2025.
