In the demining sector, workers and deminers’ associations are renewing pressure for a national collective agreement. The sector currently lacks a unified collective agreement. Employers are split in multiple associations, and some companies have historically delayed wages or cut safety allowances. Demands now focus on consistent pay plus hazard compensation.
