Negotiations on the collective agreement for religious hospitals have been concluded. Union members approved the negotiation results by a clear majority in a vote that ran until 26 February. With a 2.9% increase in wages, salaries and allowances, which covers rolling inflation, employees’ purchasing power is maintained. For the union vida the agreement on a so-called job ticket is a particular success. This refers to a monthly mobility allowance for the use of public transport.
