Austria - Agreement for the milling industry - August 31, 2025

PRO-GE union reached a new collective agreement for workers in the milling industry. The collectively agreed minimum wage will increase by 2.75%. In addition, apprentice salaries, length-of-service bonuses, subsistence allowances, and any other allowances will also increase by 2.75%. The new collectively agreed minimum wage is € 2,543.34. The agreement will be effective from 1 August 2025 and has a term of 12 months.
