The negotiations for the 12,000 employees of private bus companies across the country have reached a conclusion after five rounds. The new collective agreement will apply for two years. It provides for a wage increase of 3.6% in 2025, or 0.1% above rolling inflation. Starting 1 January 2026, wages will increase again by average inflation plus 0.1% to ensure real wage growth and thus maintain purchasing power. In addition, salaries in scheduled services will also be increased more significantly in the second year. In non-scheduled services, an even greater increase in salaries of a total of 14% for two years was achieved.
